The lively Railyard District is also walking distance and home of the Santa Fe Farmers Market, Plaza Mercado, theaters, galleries, and a variety of shops.

Backyard: The patio offers shaded seating for alfresco meals and sunrise coffee and is adorned with a BBQ grill and outdoor fireplace. There is also a bright, open garden area surrounded by a coyote fence.

Front yard: Enjoy your morning coffee in the nicely landscaped front yard, portal with teak table and chairs, and a sitting bench.

Nook: A small room adjacent to the dining room with a comfy futon for lounging or an extra sleeping space for a child/extra guest.

We raised our daughters around the corner from this place. Our youngest daughter and her husband own the two units behind the house (separate parking). At some point we want to live there at least during the week so we can walk our grandson to the elementary school 4 blocks away. We were married in Santa Fe 42 years ago and have lived here for half a century. Once our kids left, we moved to the end of a 3 mi dirt road in the country and built our dream house where we live with our dogs and horses.

Why they chose this property

We've spent 30 wonderful years in this neighborhood. We're going to retire here. Mature trees, varied housing types and households. Strollers galore. Walking distance from the center of town.
