Host was very helpful and accommodating- this home is lovely, clean and a delightful place to stay - in a great neighborhood near downtown Santa Fe. Every feature and amenity is in excellent order and made our stay so easy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The 2 bedroom suites are perfect for 2 couples. The outdoor patios are wonderful places for morning coffee, evening drinks by the fire and afternoon chats. Plus the kitchen has everything you need for breakfasts and dinner prep!

The perfect location for exploring all of the local attractions, yet on a quiet street away from the noise. Comfy beds, fun decor, a private patio, and well equipped with lots of amenities included. Dianne was in constant contact with us, making sure that all went well. Highly recommended!

Wonderful condo - I would happily stay here again. Two beautiful, private patios. Kitchen fully stocked with Fiesta ware and plenty of glasses, wine glasses, flatware, and stainless steel cookware. Nice location on a quiet street, close to everything. Comfortable beds.

We stayed at Bella Casa in conjunction with our attending the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. The location was ideal! The drive from Albuquerque was only an hour away and if we had preferred we had option to utilize shuttle services from downtown Santa Fe hotels to the festival. We loved Diane’s place and immediately felt at home. Her dining room table worked well for card playing or catching up on work emails. The home is so authentically southwestern in its decor… which really helped us feel transported somewhere so different and exciting. We loved the proximity to museums and restaurants. Diane shared great information for day trips and we enjoyed our subsequent trips to the gorge and Taos. Additionally, I see her place as a great location if we choose to ski Angel Fire anytime in the future. We would definitely stay at her place again on our next visit to Santa Fe. Thank you, Diane!

We werein Santa Fe for the summer opera and to see part of New Mexico. It didn’t disappoint on any level. The rental was top notch. On the second day we were there we agreed to book the property again. Location was great, close to everything but quiet and secluded. Accommodation itself was compact and well organized. Nice patio, everything worked. Easy parking. .About 1/2 hour to airport. Very relaxing.

A wonderful hidden gem in Santa Fe! Beautifully decorated condo in a great location….close to everything! Beds were so comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. A wonderful place in a great location! We loved the outdoor spaces so much. The rooms were both incredible and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. We could walk or drive to the plaza easily. Having parking was great. Host was really nice and had a lot of suggestions and great communication. Washer and dryer were in there which was great. There were little notes around the place of how to use things which was really helpful! We hope we can come back soon!!

Diane’s place was perfect! The home is well equipped and appointed. We cooked in the kitchen, did some laundry, and enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. We also enjoyed the ability to walk to the Plaza, Canyon Road for art, and several wonderful restaurants. Diane was very responsive. Can’t say enough positive about this place! We hope to stay here again.

What a perfect place for our stay in Santa Fe!! The location was amazing. We were able to walk to downtown, Canyon Road and the Railyards with ease. The condo itself was just perfect. Though it's not a huge condo, the layout was fantastic. My friend and I each had our own space, where we could have our quiet time and then the common spaces were delightful. Diane, the host thought of everything!! Everything was clearly labeled, which I really appreciated. It is the most well stocked vacation rental that I've ever been in, from umbrellas to mesh bags for laundry. Every day we mentioned how well cared for we felt by the thoughtfulness and abundance of the space. Diane was so wonderful to communicate with. She is a gem of a person and this is a gem of a place. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was beyond perfect and the host was so responsive and helpful! She was so thoughtful in her details provided within the house, all remotes labeled, lighting labeled, kitchen instructions labeled, it was so helpful. All the usual items that most rentals give you one or two as a "starter kit" were in abundance and it was so nice not to have to run to the store because we needed one more dishwasher pod or trash bag (when we would have to buy 20) to get thru our stay. All these small thoughtful things made the house all the better. The house was clean, everything you could want was provided in the kitchen, AC worked great, each bath had plush towels, the beds were comfy, I could go on and on. The patio was so enjoyable, we ate meals out there, sat and enjoyed a glass of wine, it was just lovely! The location was great. I would highly recommend this house - it was a 10 out of 10.

The condo was very clean, organized, and beautifully decorated and maintained. The location was perfect for exploring Santa Fe or attending the Balloon Fiesta. Our host was an excellent communicator and responded immediately when we had a couple of questions. I highly recommend this wonderful condo to anyone visiting the area.
