Come relax and enjoy the hidden gem that is our Grand Valley! At our newly remodeled couple's retreat, you are minutes away from endless adventure. From our beautiful downtown full of shopping, art galleries, restaurants and great entertainment, to local college and Rockies games at Suplizio Field or maybe you're just itching to bike/hike our many trail systems. You are a short drive away from our world-renowned wineries and Palisade peaches to the beauty of the Colorado National Monument or Grand Mesa. After a day of adventure, rest your feet at our comfy oasis at this top notch location. Enjoy some of our local Enstrom's chocolates or grab a refreshing craft beer at The Rockslide Brew Pub.

Newly renovated and equipped with everything you will need for a comfy stay. When entering the home, you will find a spacious living room with a Smart TV and comfortable theater style sofa. To the right, there is a table for two to enjoy your morning coffee. As you walk toward the kitchen on the right, you will find a work desk to catch up on emails or connect with friends. Our fully equipped kitchen is ready if a home cooked meal is desired. To the left of the living room is a single bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a spacious shelving closet to unpack and feel at home. The bedroom connects to a full bathroom. The laundry area is furnished with a stacked washer and dryer. Out back you will find a roomy and fully fenced yard with a BBQ grill. It is truly home away from home.

Very clean upon arrival. The kettle and coffee maker were really nice to have, all dishes and utensils were clean as well. The small space was nice for just me. Neighborhood is really quiet as well. An excellent stay!

This was a perfect location. Very clean!

We loved this sweet rental. I know the outside grassy area needs work, but we spent more time inside and off exploring the area so this was not an issue for us! We absolutely loved how cute this place was. We would definitely recommend it and rent it again!

It was perfect! The first night I slept like 13 hours straight! I used it as a base camp to bounce between Moab and Colorado. It was chef's kiss! It was ideal for both the dogs and me, offering a peaceful and secure environment, complete with a fenced-in yard. Clean, etc. The only downer was the shower water pressure! It was so weak, lol, but small eggs in comparison to price, location, accessibility, etc.

Quiet & comfortable
