Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all beds and remember take all personal linens and towels with you. The comforters should be placed neatly on the beds. Our cleaning crew will wash them when they changeover the unit.
Any trash and recycling should be bagged and placed in the labeled trash bins in the backyard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful house! Very comfortable stay for our party of 4 adults and 5 kids! Short, easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Comfortable beds. The bunk bedroom can fit up to 5 - it has a full over full bunk bed and a twin roll out trundle bed.

Weekend getaway

This home is beautiful! The beds are so comfortable and there are a lot of spare pillows in the bedroom closets. Everything is top notch. We used the kitchen and the appliances are great. The master bath has a spa shower and both bathrooms have heated floors. It is such an easy walk to the boardwalk. Drew helped us through an unexpected hiccup with a door jam. He was quick to reply and gather the resources needed to fix the random issue. We truly enjoyed our stay despite a Tropical Storm!
