This comfortable, yet updated, 4 Bedroom 2 bath home is nestled in the heart of the Coronado village. It is truly a family-friendly home at its finest. The home is 5 blocks from one of the best beaches in the country and a “storybook downtown” area. Top rated schools are within a few blocks, as are an abundance of spacious parks for children of all ages. Community events year-round include concerts, parades, library lectures, film festivals and seasonal activities for all. Biking, picnicking, and walking areas abound.
Petco Park, Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, Sea World and the world famous San Diego Zoo are but a ferry ride or short bridge trip to San Diego.
Relax and enjoy this home with a spacious family room which includes fully reclining sofas and rocking chairs. Smart flat screen TV’s are in the family and primary bedroom including Netflix, Apple TV, Prime with cable channels. High speed internet and a printer is provided.
The kitchen features a convection oven, toaster oven, toaster, Bosch dishwasher, Vitamix, Keurig Coffee Maker, juicer, popcorn popper, and waffle maker. There is a breakfast nook for casual meals as well as a formal dining room, complete with china and stem wear.
There are 6 adult bikes + a tandem bike, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a wagon for your use.
The spacious and decoratively lighted back deck is ideal for entertaining with 2 adult tables, a children’s table and charcoal grill. Colored lighting illuminates the porch and the front hedges. Use the outside shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed that faces the flat screen TV . Wicker chairs and a rocking chair provide comfortable reading areas. The primary bathroom is newly remodeled with an oversized shower, a bidet, and heated towel rack. Blackout shades are provided in all 4 bedrooms.
Central air and central heating keep temperatures optimal throughout the house. The family room includes a gas standalone heater to add warmth and ambience.
This home is available for a minimum of 26 days, as well as the school year rental. Gardening services are included once per week. Washer and dryer are located near the kitchen and bedrooms.
