The house was as advertised. Clean, spacious, and easy access.Plenty of room for me and my three boys to spread out and relax while we were in town for a soccer tournament.Very close to the tournament, but would be a good location to venture out to the entire area.Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood. It wasn’t far from Louisville. There was a few places, less than 10 minutes away for breakfast or dinner if we didn’t want to go into the city.

Cheer Derby Weekend Stay

My daughter and a friend were competing at Cheer Derby in Louisville Kentucky and this location was perfect. The house is really nice and everything we needed was provided and then some. Very clean and comfortable and in a nice and convenient location. Will definitely stay again next year if available! Host was great and check in was super easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Peaceful Stay to Visit Family

What a great spot for a quick visit with family. We had plenty of room to spread out and run around! The house was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfy. The house was stocked with lots of household items. My husband didn't leave the recliner! :) It was easy to get to and close to everything. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

A Perfect Cozy Getaway!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. We were looking for a place with a comfy living room, stocked kitchen, and plenty of seating. We had the most wonderful stay at this charming home! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, the home was spotless which made it so easy to relax and settle in.The beds were comfortable, I’m glad we brought our own pillows, because I prefer a soft pillow. We loved hanging out by the fire pit in the evenings and could not believe wood was supplied. We appreciated that Eric thought of that convenience! Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and just felt welcoming. The little touches, like leaving snacks which our teen girls loved & marshmallows & pokers show the owners really care about making your stay special and easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Spring Break getaway close to downtown Louisville.

We had a great time at the property, very clean and well stocked. Close to downtown Louisville and also a reasonable drive to Marengo Caverns national monument in Indiana (worth the visit by the way.) Communications with property owner were wonderful. The board games and cards provided in the hallway closet were a godsend for fun family activities on some rainy days when we didn’t have other activities planned. Unfortunately due to rain we didn’t get to enjoy the provided firewood and fire ring, but the marshmallows and roasting sticks provided was a very nice touch. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit the Louisville area. Fortunately our toddler is well trained for stairs but be aware the stares to the basement bedroom are fairly steep and there is no baby gate. Not a concern for us, so I never reached out to property owners to check on availability, but possibly worth checking on for others. Thanks again for a wonderful stay,Evan
