Family spring break

Just needing to get away to recharge and spend some family time together. Place was magnificent, plenty of room play games or even have our own space. The views were amazing. East walk to the beach to relax and watch dolphins. Love the candy shop next door too. Kids went there everyday for ice cream.

Destin Thanksgiving

The unit was well stocked with all the essentials we needed to help prepare the Thanksgiving feast and had plenty of comfortable seating for our family. The views were awesome from the balconies and Sterling Shores is located conveniently in Destin. The grounds and unit were clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Destin.

Amazing condo and property!

This condo is HUGE and has amazing views. The condo is stocked with just about any appliance and cooking utensils you could think of. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is very clean and the private beach and pools were so convenient. The airport is across the street, so you were able to watch planes fly over all day.

Amazing View - Excellent Property

We truly enjoyed this condo and will be back! The view is amazing and so relaxing. The balcony was our favorite spot to relax and even have dinner. It is a few minutes walk to the beach out the back of the property. We ate at The Back Porch which is also just a short walk. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Easy check-in and out. The tubs were also amazing and added to the relaxing atmosphere!

The views were why we chose this condo, and they did not disappoint! We spent our downtime on the balcony. The condo was well appointed. I loved the floor to ceiling windows & gulf views! The beds were comfortable. I was not expecting the private balcony, sitting area, & wet bar in the master suite! It worked out perfectly bc I had my 20yr old son, his best friend, & my 20yr old nephew. They were able to have their own space to play cards & video games deep into the night! I brought a blow-up mattress for extra sleeping space, but we found a comfortable cot in the closet. They were all able to just crash wherever they landed.I have a daughter w/ OCD and I have to inspect bedding before she will sleep IN a bed. She brings her own blanket to sleep on top if needed. I inspected the bedding down to the mattress & there wasn't so much as a piece of fuzz to be found. The bedding is white w/ a slight smell of bleach (which I love), crisp and clean. My daughter was able to sleep all week IN her bed, inside of the bedding. Made my momma heart happy!The condo was clean. However, upon arrival I was in my white sock feet and they got black as I unpacked. There is black "smudge" on the outside of the door & balcony sliding door. Other condos were clear.There were pots & pans for cooking. No seasoning other than salt & pepper, some utensils for cooking, plenty of plates, cups, bowls, & silverware for the 6 of us. Only 1 bowl for storing leftovers, but I brought my own.

Girls Trip!

My friends and I rented this condo to celebrate our friends birthday! This condo dis not disappoint us at all. Here is a list of things we all loved and some things that can be better for the next renters going forward. Pros: Very clean, NICE floorplan ,equipped with kitchen essential items, comfortable beds, nice balcony views, easy check in and out process, nice decor and furniture Room for improvement: More bath towels per room(to prevent from washing so much on vacation), new skillets that are not peeling, larger supply of tissue and paper towels, and also maybe change the batteries in the smoke alarm(was alarming when we first arrived). Please do not let the improvement list keep you away from this beautiful condo. Book it and you will be pleased!

Umbrellas not secure

We witnessed 2 umbrellas completely flip out of holder. The last day at the pool we were packing up and ready to head to condo, ours flipped out and knocked me to the ground. I was a little banged up but nothing major. We connected with Security and he walked my husband into office and gave him the number to call maybe Louis? He has yet to responded. We have been coming to Sterling Shores for years and don’t want to move locations but it is very disappointing.
