Villa Willy´s Cove, Heated Pool, Beautiful View, Boat Dock, Gulf Access

This southern exposure holiday villa “Willy’s Cove” was designed in a beautiful contemporary ranch style architecture. Completely renovated in 2022, the home is within walking distance to several popular restaurants and shops such as the Lobster Lady, Overtime Pizzeria & Sports Pub, a Publix supermarket, etc. Cape Harbor and Rumrunners Restaurant are also in close proximity. Further the property is close to Camelot Park where you´ll find a playground for kids and first come first serve tennis courts. It has canal access to the Caloosahatchee River and consequently the Gulf of Mexico and guests can use the private dock on the canal for boating. The house has a huge beautifully landscaped garden where children can play and adults can enjoy an outdoor oasis.
The classic-modern house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a bright office. It offers plenty of space for an extensive family vacation with up to 6-7 people plus one baby crip. The living room has a large TV and a comfortable sofa set. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and another TV. The adjoining bathroom has a freestanding bathtub. 2 bedrooms have king-size beds with Ralph Lauren Bed Linen, the 3rd bedroom has a cot (twin) and a fold-away bed (twin). On request we are happy to provide a cot.

The kitchen is open to the dining area and has a counter and comfortable bar chairs.

The pool is equipped with an electric pool heater, so nothing stands in the way of bathing fun in any weather.

Enjoy sweeping views across the canal with a cocktail on the boat deck, or start your cruise from your own dock.

The house has free WiFi and 2 Xfinity flex streaming boxes. The streaming boxes make it easy to log into your subscribed apps and stream films, series and more in HD quality. Weekly changing free film offers are also available to you. You can visit Xfinity website and check which apps are supported (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-flex-paid-movies-apps).
Beach chairs, umbrellas and a small cool box are available for you in the garage. In addition, 2 bicycles are available here.

You are welcome to moor your boat at our jetty, but the lift is used by the owner himself and cannot be rented. Cars can be parked on the large driveway as the owner's car is kept in the garage.

The electricity costs are already included.

Spectacular property and gracious host! Willy’s Cove was a dream. Gorgeous house, amazing pool, and the best location — we walked to groceries and dinner several times. The lanai quickly became our favorite place to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.We stayed for five weeks and truly didn’t want to leave. It’s absolutely perfect for an extended winter stay. The property management team was excellent, but what really made the stay special was Julia, the owner. She was on top of everything and personally stayed in touch with service providers — even while in Germany and six hours ahead — to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout the entire stay. We felt genuinely valued as guests. Five stars all the way!

Cape Coral Adventures

House was really clean and as pictured. Large bedrooms, nice lanai with covered pool. Fished off the backyard docks. Went on a swamp ride and saw over 40 alligators. Used (Airboats & Alligators), half the price and gators everywhere. Very cool experience.

Neighborhood Willys Cove

We enjoyed the property morning paper beside the pool with the sun…reading and fishing on the dock..pool was heated daily swim excellent pool …walk in the neighborhood all of the neighbors were so friendly made a few friends felt like home ..walk to the store for anything we wanted at a nice shopping center ..great restaurants very close home was very well equipped all good one repair needed completed in a couple of hours brand new patio furniture so comfortable no complaints would re rent for another month in a minute thanks made some nice memories with the family . Excellent management and owners were superb .

Nice place. Could have put better furniture in there.

Great location. I believe the extra fees were overdone. The spa was impossible to operate.Advertisement said it had Ralph Lauren bedding, it turned out to be fannel sheets

Loved everything about Willy's Cove!

We stayed for a month at Willy's Cove and had the best experience. The home is spacious, clean and well supplied. The neighborhood is beautiful and we walked to the Publix and even to some casual restaurants for pizza and Chinese cuisine. It was so convenient. The big plus for us was the heated pool and the lovely hot tub. The pool water was so nice and warm! We spent many days enjoying the pool and watching the sunset from the hot tub. We took our 21' boat along and it fit nicely into the extra slip at the dock that belongs to the house. There is easy initial access for the boat at Cape Harbour Marina and we had so many fun trips by boat to dine at Rumrunners and The Westin and Fort Myers. We'd do it all again.
