The place was just right for our extended family of seven to gather for an event. Comfortable beds and just what we needed on hand to cook some meals together, and take care of a little laundry. The neighborhood itself is humble and, on the whole, quiet - you do need a car to get to interesting places, but they are close by. I would have given five stars on everything, except that there is a dog next door (just on the other side of the wall from some of the bedrooms) who barks for extended periods of time at night. We dealt with it by putting our most sensitive family member in the courtyard bedroom (no dog noise there), and using ear plugs, etc. There are quiet stretches in the night. We enjoyed everything otherwise!
