Great neighborhood to walk around with plenty of parks with basketball courts and a baseball field, a Cafe down the block if you want to walk over and get your morning fix of coffee and places to eat. Publix is just down the road for your convenience. Everything at your finger tips! This is a 1st floor apartment & there may be guests staying upstairs.
