This two-story townhouse has been beautifully updated and is located within the gated community of Shipyard Resort, perfect for both beach and golf enthusiasts. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this townhouse is ideal for families and groups of friends.
The slightly elevated first floor features a spacious living room and flat screen TV. A half bath and laundry room are located just beyond the living area. The open-concept kitchen with a center island, breakfast bar, dining area and family room with another flat screen TV are also on this floor. You'll find two private decks on this level providing comfortable seating to relax and chat with family and friends.
On the second floor are three generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes a king size bed and an en suite bath with and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and en suite bath. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.
Beachwalk Villas is just a few steps away from the Shipyard Beach House, which has restrooms and outdoor showers for rinsing off sand and salt after a day at the beach.
