Beautiful lake house with 130 feet of frontage on Lake Manuka, an all sports lake in Gaylord, MI. Gaylord is known for the many Golf courses and considered northern Michigan's Golf Mecca!! If winter months suit you, Gaylord is a winter wonderland where skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and cross country skiing are in abundance.

Traverse City, Petosky, Mackinaw, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs are all within an hour drive!!

Absolutely nothing but toilet paper down toilets. We have a septic tank - no baby wipes, condoms, tampons to be placed in toilets

Sliding glass door leading to 3 season room in winter season must be kept closed. If a bright sunny day, this room heats up on its own.

Please wash dishes before leaving. There is dawn dish soap and also dishwasher pods under sink. Thank you!!
