This condo sits on the second floor of Cypress Bend, a lovely community within the 2,300-acre Barefoot Resort. Enjoy access to pools at both Cypress Bend and the North Tower, a hot tub at the North Tower, tennis and basketball courts, and grilling areas, in addition to four world-class golf courses designed by Greg Norman, Pete Dye, Davis Love, and Tom Fazio. Hop on the free beach shuttle in the summer months and find great shopping, dining, and entertainment at Barefoot Landing just across the Intracoastal Waterway (two miles).

When you're ready to relax, head inside the bright and airy interior of your stay where you'll immediately feel at home. The spacious living room boasts comfortable seating and a large TV, whereas the well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef. Whether you're eating takeout or a home-cooked meal, the formal dining table offers the perfect space to gather for family-style meals.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
