Nice property in a central location. Ryan, our host, was very kind and helpful, he provided our check-in instructions on time and replied very quickly when we needed his help during the stay. Some small improvement can be done to the kitchen to make it even better. I can recommend the property for any traveler coming to Des Moines.

This is a 1 bedroom apartment within a large house near the Drake campus. Large bedroom with a very comfy bed. My son slept on the sofa and said it was comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen are quite small. Overall, works well for a 1 night stay.

Excellent location close to Drake University! Very clean unit. Bathroom is tight but it was fine for the 2 nights we were there. There were not many outlets and the ones that were there were loose. (Device cords fell out easily if bumped.) The unit is in an old house. For what age the house appears to be, the unit was really pretty well maintained. We’d stay here again for a future trip.

So sorry about the outlet being loose. We will make sure to address that and see what that may be, but as we mentioned during your stay there was a multi outlet gfi power strip that should have been there and must have disappeared from the previous guests and the cleaners didn’t notice that. Sorry about that. Yes old houses have their little quirks and thank you for noticing the nice updates to keep it maintained well despite the age. Glad to have you back next time.
