great place to stay when visiting West Des Moines. We have a son going to school nearby and this was so great for us to stay while visiting. Very clean, great communication from host and all on main level (no stairs). Highly recommend

full kitchen equipped with mostly every utensil/dish you would need! loved that there was a garage to put my car in. the owner responds quickly and is very helpful with any questions. the pool did need some love. super easy to find the complex and your building. check in process is super simple.

Once we got in the apartment was fine. We had a problem getting in and contacting the host. I called VRBO directly and then heard from the host. Initially the host did not answer the phone number and mailbox was full. I also texted the host and he did not reply. The rental itself was okay, lacked hand towels in bathroom, no Kleenex, no sharp knife to cut with. The kitchen itself had only very basic utensils and plates etc. The garage did not lock and keys provided did not work. The garage needs a good sweeping as there is a lot of salt and grime from the past this winter. It was slippery.
