Downtown Boonville Vintage Farmhouse

Cozy vintage farmhouse big enough for the whole herd! Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and tasting rooms. Close to all of the great events held at the Mendocino County Fairgrounds. A short drive will lead you to the redwoods, ocean and much more!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

If charming rustic little farmhouses are your thing, then this is the place for you. We loved our stay. Very clean. Extra toiletries incase you forgot anything at home. Local snacks and fresh eggs in the refrigerator on arrival (there are chickens on the property). Good communication from the host with easy arrival access. We are hoping to stay here next year.

Amazing location and comfortable home. It was very easy to relax and walk to nearby food and wine in town. We had no issues with check-in or with any part of the house. The big kitchen made it fun to make dinner together.There were four of us in total but the space felt so generous that I think it's now my favorite place to stay in Anderson Valley, especially if we're going with another couple.

Charming home in the heart of downtown Boonville

A group of us attend the AVBC beerfest annually, and typically camp at Hendy Woods. This year, we opted to try VRBO, and we may never go back to camping after staying at this charming home, just a few steps away from the beerfest venue! The home was equipped with everything we needed (and then some), the hosts were easy to get in touch with (if needed), and everyone including our pups had the best time enjoying the lovely grounds. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

An amazing stay!

My family and I (7 in total) stayed for the Memorial Day weekend and it was lovely! The house itself was charming and cozy to hang out and relax. The cherry on top was definitely the exterior, though. We all enjoyed the two porches and the vast backyard with the hen house in sight. Great access points as well. Both mornings, we walked across the street to grab some coffee before we started our day. We would definitely stay here again.

Well-appointed and a great lication

We brought our adult children to stay at this house for a family Thanksgiving dinner. The house is really cute and easy to access. There is a great bakery and market within walking distance. There were also some bars and restaurants, but we didn’t go to them because it was a holiday weekend. The decor was charming and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and they left some nice snacks and a bottle of wine for us. We appreciated the details.
