The house is a bit older, but very well maintained. The overall layout is super, the kitchen well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We especially appreciated the large, covered outdoor area. This is a lovely, well maintained, and well-equipped home. The canal view is beautiful within a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our week of quiet and spent much time in the pool.We were delighted to see some burrowing owls around the neighborhood and an iguana we nicknamed "Senor" who sunned on the dock and seawall in the afternoons.
