Tropical Haven *C Guesthouse

This 1 bedroom guesthouse is a perfect stay wether you are looking for a great vacation spot or needing an affordable stay with incredible amenities. This is a 1st floor unit sharing property with a duplex. You will have free parking in the driveway.

There is a beautiful resort like backyard with a LARGE Saltwater heated pool with a baja sun shelf with umbrella and seating. We maintain the pool temp year round at a very comfortable temp, however; we can not guarantee weather conditions in the winter time.

The guest home is completely remodeled open-concept with a fully equipped kitchen & bar.

A Full size washer/dryer is easily accessible within your private unit.

Incredible 1st floor common area with a kitchenette featuring a blackstone griddle and interior seating. There is also a bathroom for easy access off of the pool deck.

Although you will have the whole space to yourself, you may or may not be sharing the outdoor spaces with other parties.

This property is located 2 miles from the beaches of Anna Maria, and less than a block to the bus stop. It is also conveniently near several grocery stores, IMG Academy, a movie theater, bowling alley, putt-putt and regular golf courses, fishing, water sports, local entertainment and more.

This vacation property offers everything you need for that well deserved relaxing get-away!

Close to beach!

The pool area is very nice, the cottage has all the kitchen things you could ask for. Very short drive to the closest beaches! We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon. Very clean house, very clean property! Loved the convenience of being a short drive from the beach, and also having a pool at the house. Overall, would 100% stay here again!

The place was nice but no lights at night all lightbulbs burnt out the parking was very difficult and having to transport luggage was hard in the rocks. Otherwise it was pretty well kept nice pool and outdoor area. Probably could use a dishwasher. Not a bad place for the price, clean and generally a great place shared with others. Pet friendly a huge plus !

Three grandkids graduations!!! One college… twins high school one week apart. So vacation Been graduations. Perfect location 2.2 miles from the beaches…. Great places to eat…. If your wife likes to shop!!!

Wondeful little guest house stay!

We stayed in the detached guest house and had a wonderful stay. The common areas were inviting and great places to meet and interact with others staying elsewhere in the property. The neighborhood is seemingly safe and easy to get around even if a bit of an up and comer. Property location was perfect for trips to the beach, dining & shopping or just kicking back and relaxing.

Everything was as listed. We didn’t like the fact that they only had stools for the island in the kitchen. We prefer having a table and chairs.It was very secluded and quiet though.

Very cute!

We stayed in the guest house and it was very cute! The bed was comfy and we had our own washer and dryer in unit. Also, the pool was nice to have when we were over the beach.

The location was great, very close to the everything that we wanted to do. The pool was also so amazing! The only thing that we noticed was that the WIFI did not seem to work for us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will continue using destination stay!

The place was great. Kids had a wonderful time. Close enough to drive to beach. Pool area was very inviting. The only suggestion we have is Internet kept buffering.

Lovely comfortable accommodation

The suite is accurately listed and very clean. It is nicely decorated and well equipped with unique direct access to a lovely pool. Unfortunately, we didn't know until our meal was ready to cook, that the BBQ did not work and the grill in the poolside kitchen was rather rusty (perhaps just needs to reseasoned). The immediate neighbourhood doesn't offer much but it is very close to Cortez Village and to Bradenton Beach. I wouldn't hesitate to book again or to recommend to others.
