Updates needed

The property was in a safe neighborhood, which was fine. We paid over for 4 days of pool heat and did not receive it as the pool was very cold. Also the flapper chain in the main bath toilet rusted off, so I fixed it with a plastic tie. The place could use some updates. There were a lot of little mites around the kitchen window and counter tops.

Hi James, Thank you for your review. The home does have pest control service so I wish you would have let us know so we could have sent them out to make your stay more enjoyable. I'll make sure the area gets treated. The home has a new gas heater and it was set to the proper settings for your stay. Thank you for letting us know about the toilet we'll make sure that gets addressed as well. It was our pleasure hosting you and would welcome the opportunity to do so again in the future. Thanks,
