Welcome to our conveniently located vrbo in Southgate, Lakeland, FL. We hope you enjoy our little oasis and are rejuvenated by your stay. With relaxing amenities, and light refreshments, we hope you are refreshed and ready for new adventures.

May you embrace the tranquility of our Lakeland haven as you create cherished memories in this beautiful city.
The space
Our fully furnished vrbo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room, convenient laundry room, and a spacious fenced backyard.

Bedrooms:
Each room offers queen-size mattresses, adorned with plush beddings and blankets. The master bedroom comes with a TV for your entertainment. You will also find a laundry bag, iron, ironing board, and tower fan stored in different rooms. For extra guests, a twin-size air mattress offers flexible sleeping arrangements in the master bedroom or the living room.

Bathrooms:
The master bathroom features a stand-up shower, while the guest bathroom has a bathtub with Epsom salt for your ultimate relaxation. Both bathrooms have long vanities with double basins, ensuring plenty of space for several people to use simultaneously.


Kitchen:
Our kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, single cup Keurig machine, oven, toaster oven, and a dishwasher. You will find all the utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, and cookware needed to prepare meals. Additionally, we have prepared a delightful selection of light refreshments for you to enjoy during your stay.

Dining and Living Area:
Our dining and living area is perfect for hanging out/relaxing with family and friends. You can also gather around the kitchen island or dining table. The living room features two cozy sofa sets, with a chais that can also serve as an alternative sleeping option with plush blankets conveniently tucked underneath the coffee table. Additionally, you will find a big TV screen and DVD player.


Laundry:
In our laundry room, you will find a washer, dryer, and folding area, making laundry a breeze.

Backyard:
The backyard is another great place to unwind, where a patio table and chairs are available. For added entertainment, we have cornhole boards and bean bags stored in the garage.

As guests at our Airbnb, you will have complete privacy and the freedom to explore the area. We hope you feel right at home.

When you add a pet to your reservation, the fee is $50.00 for one pet. Each additional pet will be $20.00 each.

Home had major necessities, even coffee creamers and sugar. Beds were very comfortable. Extremely clean, and owner was accessible if you had questions. Large back yard for kids and dogs. Shopping for anything you needed was very close.

This is a very comfortable home.It is the cleanest we have visited in our ten years of using vrbo. Jessica has a fully stocked well organized kitchen. She even has a basket of goodies with a welcome note waiting for her guests! Clear and fast communication if you have any questions. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and only ten minutes from Tiger’s spring training field. Highly recommend!!

A perfect place to stay

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. My hubby and I, and our 4 young kids, stayed here for the weekend. The house was beautiful, comfortable and had plenty of the house items you would need for a stay. We enjoyed the games in the garage and the fenced in backyard. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Jessica was an excellent host. A perfect place to stay.

Perfect fit for us!

We traveled from Texas to be with my daughter as she welcomed her first baby into the family. There are absolutely no complaints about our stay. Everything was clean and orderly. Lovely Lakeland

The house was very nice in a quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. Not too far from Orlando and Tampa/St Pete areas. The property manager was very nice. Although we didn't meet in person, she was always ready to help and always returned my messages promptly. It was a terrific experience.

Convenience in Lakeland

Overall we found this house to be very well supplied. The neighborhood seemed to be very quiet, but we weren't there much during the day. The room arrangement was conducive to a family sharing time together. Jessica, the host was very prompt to respond to any questions. It was nice to have some extra blankets to snuggle in the living room as we were there during the "deep freeze."

Beautiful Home

Property: This place felt like a home and not a house or hotel. It’s was very clean and welcoming. Plus, it smelt amazing. This is definitely a place you want to spend time at. The rooms are very spacious and accommodating. The kitchen is updated and laid out very well. The backyard is HUGE! Neighborhood: This is a big concern when renting. The houses usually look great but the neighborhoods can seem sketchy. Not here though. The neighborhood was very nice and quaint. It gave an old Georgia vibe. And there are so many good restaurants and stores nearby. We drove 5min, on a Friday night, to get dinner. Love that!! Plus, the restaurants were more than reasonably priced. Publix is just down the road as well. Host: Jessica was an absolute doll from the very beginning. She made us feel welcomed at her property and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Great experience! Overall, this is one of my new favorite places to stay when in the area!!
