Big, nicely maintained and modernized historic Cape house right in the center of Dennis! We loved being able to walk to everything, and the patio out back with grill and outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. Jason was friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout. Thought about just never leaving

We traveled with family (four adults and three children aged four, six, and eight years). There’s a park a short walk away along with ice cream and a grocery store and some excellent pizza one lot over. Mayflower Beach, Scargo Tower and Lake, and Sesuit Harbor Cafe were nearby gems. Marconi Beach and The Knack in Orleans were highlights a little farther afield. The backyard of this house was beautiful. We took a family photo there. I highly recommend!

Perfect!

my daughter was being married in Dennis and Jason's house was perfect for the rest of our family - 7 including a toddler. loved the house - and perfect location for groceries, restaurants and beaches. we all want to move in permanently! Jason was a great host - highly recommend both Jason and his property.

Great location for beaches, shopping, theater & dining. House is clean and had everything we needed. Jason was very responsive and made sure before we booked that we understood the property and it would be a fit for our group.
