Property was as described. Host Rich was a Super Host. Labrador Farm was so relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, a sunset atop the Bin Barn, the porch rocking chairs and the cozy home. Plan to visit again.

Wow, what an adorable farmhouse and beautiful farm. Rich was so nice and helpful and we had everything we needed plus more. We had time to sit by the propane fire in the grain bin bar and play cornhole. The beds were very comfortable and it was a very quiet nights sleep. Thank you for everything. We hope to be back next year. We loved sitting around the kitchen table and playing games. Great memories were made.

This is a very charming hidden gem! It is easy to access from I-90 and a perfect home base for exploring the region’s beautiful river bluffs. We loved the quiet country life, stunning gardens, and the picturesque views on the farm. The outdoor fireplace and dining area were perfect for roasting s’mores and watching the fireflies in the evening. We all slept well in the comfortable beds after busy days of hiking and biking. Thank you for having us!

Weekend visit

Cozy farm house with lots of room to roam. Life on the farm for a few days away from the city! Cute antique decor and host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Family Time in Quiet Country

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay in this quiet and beautiful setting for a family gathering of 3 couples plus dog. This was our base station for the Great River Shakespeare Festival in Winona. One day was hot (92 plus degrees) while the other rained all day, and neither weather event detracted from the enjoyment. In fact, we had a nice time sitting on the ample porch listening to the rains pattering down and watching the fireflies at night. Rich stopped by to make sure we had everything needed, and allowed us to learn more about the farm and history. We would definitely enjoy a return visit sometime.
