Private community, beautiful waterfront canal with 112 feet of bulkhead, off of Shinnecock Bay. Family friendly community, has dock for fishing, boating, paddle boarding and kayaks.

A short walk or bike ride to the shoreline and park. Watch beautiful sunsets from the back patio. Newly constructed (2022yr) 5 bedroom house bright, spacious with water views, 4 car driveway. Walk to private community beach, 5 min ride into town and restaurants and 10 min ride to public ocean beach.

This is a priced for (non-summer season) rental, monthly till the end of May.

No Smokers, no pets and no events.

Quiet time after 9:30 pm weekdays and 10 pm weekends.

Utilities Not included (Gas & Electric etc) to be paid separately by tenant.

5 Bedrooms with 5 private baths, 4 of which have queen beds one has a twin and a desk. Outdoor paver/patio table with 6 chairs and Viking 53" barbeque.

Property has a dock that can be used for your kayaks, stand up paddle board or boat.

Renters' must have a valid Driver's License.

Tenant responsible for house cleaning at least every 2 Weeks (Est $220 each cleaning).

If additional cleaning or deep cleaning is required due to prohibited smoking etc. an additional charge of $1,000 will be accessed.
