Close to Belmont

We needed a place to stay for an event for incoming students at Belmont. This location is less than 2 miles away and very convenient to the school. The house is well kept, squeaky clean and very spacious. The host was extremely accommodating to our needs for check-in/check-out. The only (small) negative things I'd mention: (1) be mindful that the property has many stairs to access the living areas (kitchen/living room is second floor, and main bedrooms are third) (2) property abuts the highway so there is some road noise at night (especially if the A/C is off) and (3) the garage door has to be manually opened/shut from the controller inside. Overall, the positives certainly outweigh any minor issues. We would stay here again, and I would highly recommend this host.

Nice Rental for Family Vacation

This was my first time using VRBO & it was great! The unit was nice & the location was convenient. Having the extended family together in one place made our trip much more enjoyable.

Close to everything!

Location was wonderful for our family! Close to the soccer stadium, the gulch, Broadway, etc. property was beautiful. Bunk bed on the first floor, with other bedrooms on the third, was not ideal with younger children.
