Quite wonderful!

The place has been impeccably renovated from top to bottom. And furnishings are equally functional and stylish. Location couldn’t be better — walk to La Encantada. Owners thought about everything & delightful to work with. Thanks — we’ll be back!

Perfect Location, Host and Condo!

This is a terrific property with a great host! The location is very convenient to activities, the view of the mountains is very nice as well. The condo is spotless, and nicely furnished. The host has thought to have virtually anything and everything that you might need. We look forward to our next visit and will definitely stay here next time. Thanks to a great host for making our visit so wonderful!

Tucson Condo

We spent the month of April at Brad’s stunning property. The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, well decorated and uncluttered. The home has been completely redone, including both bathrooms and the beautiful kitchen. We were surprised to find everything better than pictured or described and even more spacious than it appeared in the photographs. The kitchen is very well stocked for longer stays as were the linens, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. We enjoyed the location which is a short walking distance from the “La Encantada” outdoor shopping complex with its restaurants, upscale shops and delicious gelato! It is also an easy drive to revitalized downtown Tucson with its great restaurant scene and also the University of Arizona. We used the pool, hot tub and gym almost daily and they are a short one minute walk from the home. The pool and hot tub seemed to be serviced daily and residence in the complex that we met were incredibly friendly. We enjoyed the view of the Catalina mountains from the patio for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Brad was an incredible host and always quick to respond. Soon after our arrival, Brad warned us of a low flow issue in the downstairs bathroom sink, something we probably wouldn’t have noticed, but he kindly coordinated with us for a plumber to come on a day we were away. We had an excellent stay in Brad‘s condo and would happily rebook this beautiful home for a short or long term stay!
