A wonderful condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and at a great location in Cocoa Beach. There was a Publix Grocery, a few Restaurants, and a Dollar Store across the street from the Complex by a Stop Light. We were on the seventh floor, so the views of the ocean were spectacular. The complex also had a great heated pool. The owners were wonderful and we would love to rent again.

Mandy was an excellent host. She was very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully decorated in a minimalist style, and easy to keep tidy. The views were breathtaking, with river views and sunsets to the west, plus sunrises, rainbows, and beautiful ocean views to the east. We were lucky enough to see two rocket launches and an incredible full moon during our stay. The refreshing pool and private beach walkway were also wonderful amenities. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
