Welcome to Sandcastles 308 managed by Happy Palm Stays! This features two-bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. A comfortable living room to relax and unwind in that opens up to a private oceanview balcony! This is the perfect location for any getaway!

As a guest, you'll have direct access to the beach, which is just steps away, as well as a heated community pool and hot tub, a tennis court, and plenty parking.
Explore nearby attractions, including downtown Cocoa Beach, water sports, and various beachside activities. Plus, you're conveniently close to Orlando theme parks, Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center!

Condo was beautiful, clean, and the view spectacular. I would stay here again a million times over. Great neighborhood, so much to do. I'm so thankful I had such a beautiful place to spend quality time with my son. I was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and we had the perfect place to make memories, have fun, and relax. It felt like home.
