within the Private Community of Evian within
Shipyard. Offering beautiful Golf Course views,
guests of Evian 113 can enjoy their morning coffee
relaxing on the private, covered patio with enough
seating for the whole family! Easily bike or drive to
the Shipyard Beach Club!

Tennis Courts plus a Large Sunny Pool and miles of Bike
Paths that wind their way throughout the entire Shipyard

Cozy and roomy at the same time. Very clean!! Beautifully appointed in Coastal style. We love Shipyard and have stayed in several different villas. This one did not disappoint! It was close to all the restaurants and shopping we like. And just a few minutes drive to the beach!
