Nestled on one of the most picturesque waterways in the Tahoe Keys, this air-conditioned 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat is where lakeside luxury meets mountain charm. Designed with families in mind, the home offers the perfect backdrop for unforgettable gatherings — from lively game nights in the upstairs lounge to sun-soaked afternoons and evening BBQs on the waterfront deck.

This home accommodates up to 14 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 14-person total. Parking for 2 cars in the garage, and 2 in the driveway. These rules apply 24/7.

• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.
Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).

This house was incredible. My family really enjoyed the very fancy hot tub and the fire pit on the gorgeous deck. It was an insanely gorgeous view and clean and elevated set up outside. The hot tub code was on the fridge which we didn't see initially, but the response time from the management company was super fast. We were so delighted with the kid toys and chair/table set up provided. It helped tremendously. There was so much to do in the house that no one got bored. The house was very clean and all appliances were new and high end. We loved this house.

It was a great stay for a big group....the only drawback was the bear break in on our last nite!!! Other than that, we had a great time!!!

For future guests, please be aware that bears in South Lake Tahoe roam the neighborhood looking for food. They are able to brazenly enter homes through doors or windows that are left open or unlocked. To avoid a bear invasion, please make sure that all windows and doors are closed and locked when you are not in the home. Thank you for your review. When we read about your experience with the internet access, were were surprised as we have never heard this before. We went straight to the home (March 5) and measured an incredible 36.69 Mbps download and 4.27 Mbps upload. We also reset the cable and wireless systems and repeated the tests with even higher marks. We have a 24/7 guest services hotline and encourage our guests to call us with any questions. Had we received a call during your stay, we either would have worked to resolve the issue over the phone or would have sent someone out to the home. One of the advantages of renting from from us is we have 24/7 support for you and all our homes. We really encourage our guests to use it.

The house is very spacious which was perfect for our group of 10 - 2 “parents”, they 2 kids and 6 friends. The location was great - near many of the mountains (closest to Heavenly). My only suggestion would be to replace the dishwasher as it does not clean dishes too good and the bottom rack does not slide in an out too good when there are dishes in it (dishes are too heavy). we had to rewash most dishes we took out of the cabinet for the first time (cheese stuck to plates) and after taking them out of the dishwasher.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful vacation in Tahoe. We have been coming here for 40 years and always enjoy this wonderful place. The home itself is very dated. The baby blue carpet looks to be from the 80's and the colors and decor are quite old throughout the house. Please note the Master Bedroom is locked out with no access. The home features 5 other bedrooms, more than enough for our group of 6. We would not stay here again especially for the cost/benefit of the property

A waterfront home in the Tahoe Keys, with multiple water toys provided, a game room, a hot tub, sauna, and boat dock access is now a rare find in Tahoe due to Measure T and the ban on vacation rentals. Starting in 2022, this home will only be available for 30+ night stays. However, we understand this home may not be for everyone and we’re sorry to hear you would not return to this specific spot. The good news is, we have 70+ beautiful rentals in our portfolio that we would be happy to set you up at for any future stays. Please just give us a call and we will provide you quotes for exactly what you are looking for in a vacation rental. Great Framily Home

This spot was in a great location. Grocery stores, Lake, Resorts and casinos were all really close! Beautiful home! You can tell they keep it up very nicely. The carpet looked really new upstairs. One of our favorite amenities was the steam shower & the fire places. If I had one negative it was the stove. the grates on the stove moved a lot. And the flame would go out on the front 2 burners. The nobs on the stove were older too, so it was hard to tell what temp you were choosing. The back left burner, we were never able to get to light. But all of that was very minor & obviously would not affect our scoring of the home, nor prevent us from staying here again. Also, the ppl from RNR or VRBO called us to let us know we left a bag. It was very kind of them as my daughter's meds were in the bag. We were already almost home, but we really appreciated the call.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely and clean. BUT WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! I booked it for a week in winter which is less expensive by about $2k. Due to my father having heart issues we had to postpone our stay. The house is in a great location and has great amenities. However the rack in the dishwasher was broken and therefore was difficult to load. Also, a $395 cleaning fee where you had to take the trash out of each room. If the cleaners took longer than 4 hours you had to pay extra. I have a 5 bedroom 5 bath home in West Los Angeles and it costs me $150 to clean it every week. Not sure why cleaners get almost $100 an hour. That being said it is a lovely property I just wouldn't do it again for that price.

Thank you for the review and feedback, Tanya. We hope your father is doing well now, and we are glad you were able to experience the home after having to postpone the trip. You are correct, the price of the home varies throughout the year. Your original stay was for the end of February, which approaches our slower season, while your rescheduled stay occurred during our prime summer time of year. Since the home is on a waterway of The Keys with a private boat dock, it is more desirable and therefore more costly during the summer months. As for the cleaning cost, we proudly pay our cleaning teams a living wage. The cost of cleaning varies dependent upon home size. This home in particular is one of our largest homes. We manage 50 homes in the area, and are always happy to find the perfect home for the right budget. We have notified our team of the dishwasher rack, and they will fix it as soon as possible. Thanks again for letting us know about that.

Family vacation

Wonderful place to stay. We had 9 people staying here . Everyone had their own rooms and beds .Plenty of bathrooms . Convenient for us because it was close to my sons house on the Tahoe keys. Kids and adults loved the fooze ball table and pool table. Loved sitting around the Gas fire pit our first few days ( smoke came in from Caldor fire and furniture on deck had lots of ash and debri.) it had a nice hot tub but that couldn’t be used due to water shortage and Covid . Plenty of room for everyone to sit around and to eat , plenty of beach towels rouse and a couple of the kayaks were ok to use . Close to great restaurants. Any problems or situations were promptly taken care of with RNR company. Nothing major and they were great at getting back to us . Would definitely recommend this place. Sad it won’t be able to be rented after 2021 for less than 31 days , no short term rentals in South Lake Tahoe anymore .

Incredible location and perfect if you have boat

The property was great. We brought our own boat and it was the perfect location to take it out on the lake every day ! The house was very well stocked with kitchen items, etc for us to cook every night. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house fit all 11 of us. A few things that weren't as described, it didnt have central AC, only upstairs, and downstairs was hot, fans on all day and night. Floors not vacuumed/mopped Back screen door broken, husband did a temporary fix. Bbq grill not cleaned. Steps leading to dock area are wobbly. Garage area a mess, looked like it hadnt been sweeped in a few months. Side yard dirty also. And no hot tub, which we were told about a week before and did receive a refund for that.

Birthday getaway

This was a much needed getaway gift from my family and friends for my Birthday after having such a horrible year. The house was beautiful, spacious and offered everything that we needed. We just loved the back yard, hot tub, fire pit, game room, huge living area, comfy beds and all the other amenities. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Took advantage of the boat dock and brought a boat. 1st time out in the BEAUTIFUL blue Tahoe waters. Used the paddle boards the house provided and that was fun too. Loved the fire pit and hot tub. Had a few issues but the rental place took care of it ASAP. Would definitely stay at this property again and RnR Vacation Rentals.

Family getaway

Excellent house for a family vacation . Lots of amenities -easy communication if you need support -fully stocked kitchen -having our own boat dock was perfect! Everyone used the steamer sauna hot tub. The fire pit + seating around was a wonderful place to sit and converse at the end of each day We will be back !

Only my vacation

Myself and 6 others stayed at this property. Upon arrival we were informed of the unfortunate news that all ski resorts had suspended operations due to Covid-19. Although this was crushing news for a group of skiers we made the best of the situation with this amazing house. The home was exactly as listed. The home was spacious, clean and very welcoming from the time of arrival till departure. Despite our vacation being ruined we made the best of our short stay by watching the nonstop snow, getting our exercise shoveling the feet of powder off the spacious patio and using the hot tub, pool table & foosball table. I would recommend this home without hesitation to anyone with a large group looking for a quiet comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Although the unprecedented circumstances screwed us, the home lived up to every expectation and then some .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our ski vacation was a total failure. Upon arriving we were informed all resorts had closed due to Covid 19. The home was exactly as described, spacious and very comfotable. Although there was a heater issue with the hot tub it was quickly resolved with a call to R n R service #. Our week vacation ultimately lasted only 2 day but during that time we made the best of a unprecedented situation. I would recommend to anyone as long as there is no pandemic.
