Check in was quick and easy as was the Wi-Fi setup. Wi-Fi password was provided on a card near the door. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was very good except for one thing. Ants were coming from a locked door and eventually to the kitchen. Owner was notified and promised to send exterminator after we checked out. Later revised to the last day we would stay. Overall though, it was a nice place and I'd probably stay again.

Well located and safe.

The location was perfect. There was only hot water, off and on, in the first week, but this was resolved and had it consistently in the 2nd week. We felt safe as there was a coded gate to the premises as well as the front door. You can definitely tell there are multiple people living above this rental, but it was quieter at night. There were a few other bumps, but overall, I liked this rental.

Air vents were covered in dust and air filter was so dirty it made a whistling sound. I was told this person has 5 properties they rent out and because of that you’ll receive a third party link for payment. You’ll have to photograph your face and drivers license. Very unsettling and still don’t know if I got scammed or what my personal info will be used for. Owner would text me instead of receiving my calls and says he’s in Japan. Not reassuring
