Lovely, sparklingly clean and uncluttered cottage with everything you need for a 5 nights stay. It is set in what feels like little oasis of green. Would come back again !

Thank you, Lauren. I'm so glad we were able to host you for your quick get away. Thank you for caring for our little bungalow - I hope you'll return to see all Cape Cod has to offer.
Thank you for a very comfortable welcoming stay. We really enjoyed it! Very clean, well kept yard and gardens with all the customary amenities, and conveniently located for daily excursions up and down the Cape. We had fun discovering the neighborhood, the historic district, and kayaking the nearby waterways of Bass River, Swan River, and the Salt Pond marshes of Eastham.

This property is a wonderful quiet sanctuary with beautiful gardens on a lovely street. The host is so nice and accommodating and made our stay a delight. A short walk down River Street to the windmill historic site and small beach. A gas grill and picnic table were perfect for nice dinners in the evening. We will definitely be returning!

Hi Dave,

This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. There is a nice shady picnic table and grill on one side and a stone patio with chairs and umbrella on the other side. The kitchen is well supplied, the main room is spacious and pretty. We stayed 5 nights and explored the Cape. Had a wonderful time.

Thank you, Dan for your review. It was really terrific to meet you and yours and that you had a wonderful time. As a host, I thoroughly enjoyed when you returned from a full day of exploring and share your great experiences with me - I learned that there is alot (outside of this slice of heaven here) that I don't know of the Cape. Best wishes to you and yours and I truly do hope to see you both again.
The cottage is within a beautiful historical residential area. The cottage is newly remodeled, with a large bedroom, fully stocked kitchen and clean and bright bathroom. Kathleen, the host was very informative, explaining the common amenities; gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower, two kayaks and fire pit. If you want a quiet, clean, relaxing stay I would recommend this studio cottage.
