My son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village and this house was about a 12 minute drive to there. Check in was easy and instructions to access the house were very clear. We only needed the heat (was cold at night while we were there) but there are window units in the bedrooms and kitchen area if you need them. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make a meal. We didn’t have a chance to get groceries on our way to house so it was very nice to have some coffee pods there for us to use until we could get our own. Was also nice to have laundry detergent and dryer sheets stocked (we replenished the laundry detergent as we washed a lot). We made smores one night in the outside fire pit. We also played cornhole with the boards that are in the house. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay if your son is playing at CASV.

Everything you need!!

This home has literally everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Soap/shampoo/conditioner in bathrooms, paper products etc, foil, pam, detergent, coffee pods, creamer, flash lights, even bandaids (which we did need!). I raved about Matts house to the other parents while at Cooperstown tournament and they were envious. Would recommend to everyone. It's not a far drive from Dream Park (23 min) and has all the conveniences of our own home already there. All you need is your clothes and food. All else is provided. Loved our stay there!!!
