We hosted a small group of men from our church and the variety of bunks/beds and on three levels facilitated our group well. Outdoor seating added to our ability to share meals - even if in two dining areas. Quiet location, clean property, and everyone from our group stated "whew...this is nicer than I thought" - which is a solid Midwest compliment.
Communication with the owner was great. Check in and check out went smooth. The owner was readily available for any issues. We had no major issues that interrupted our stay. Would definitely stay at their cabin again.
The property was as advertised! Plenty of indoor space to spread out, and the covered porch was perfect for relaxing w a cup of coffee. Highly recommended.
Wonderful quiet getaway in a lovely natural setting. Huge house with so much space and so many different options for sleeping--- large beds, bunk beds, could have definitely had more people there than the 6 we had. Great for going for walks around outside, great front porch for sitting out and enjoying the morning, the evevening or anything in between. Awesome whirlpool tub (for one person at a time!).
Property was amazing!! The home was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We went for my husbands 60th birthday - the 8 men had great experience bow hunting in the public land that we were surrounded by. Us ladies enjoyed the nice cabin and the winery in Pepin. Did a short fall hike at Holden Park. Great trip!!

Very nice cabin. Clean and comfortable. Very nice porch. Attractions within an hour. Breweries, cheese and wine all within driving distance. We will be back.
From the moment we opened the door to the cabin we were in awe of how spacious and beautiful it was. We immediately felt at home. There were plenty of spaces to spread out and do different things. It was the perfect place for us to meet up with family from MN, IN and OH. We may have to come back for a Christmas gathering in the future! Beautiful views, secluded in nature. Thank you for sharing this wonderful property with us!
We really enjoyed our stay here. We had four families + 2 dogs in our group and there was enough space for all of us to hang out together or spread out when needed, and the yard was great for the kids and dogs to run around. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals (except foil and ziploc bags, we brought our own just in case) and several games were provided to use. We were fairly close to grocery stores/gas stations for last minute needs. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. One note for the stairs is the ones up to the loft aren’t carpeted and are open in the back, so that is something to be aware of for those in your group who might have issues navigating that. The stairs down to the basement are carpeted and there is a ramp from the driveway to the porch so that was helpful for those in our group with mobility issues. There was an issue with the refrigerator halfway through our trip but Ashley was quick to respond and her husband brought out a spare fridge for us to use first thing next morning. We highly recommend a stay here and hope to be back next year!
