Our newly remodeled coastal cottage offers an open-concept design perfect for gatherings of family and friends. The home features:

• Two master suites with private bathrooms and pool/canal views that open to the pool and lanai space.
• First master: King bed with artisan tile bathroom
• Second master: Queen bed with artisan tile bathroom
• Third bedroom: Queen bed sharing bathroom with kids' room
• Kids' room: L-shaped twin beds with trundle (sleeps 3)
• Brand new kitchen with granite counters, dining island and all new appliances
• Comfortable living area with smart TV, sofa and loveseat
• Every bedroom equipped with flat-screen TVs and Xfinity access
• Full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience
• Attached garage with room to park one car, plenty of additional parking space in the driveway.

Outdoor Living
The screened lanai is your private paradise with:

• Heated pool overlooking the canal
• Outdoor dining furniture - 2 sets of tables and chairs that seat up to 10
• Multiple lounge chairs for sunbathing
• Charcoal grill for cookouts
• Tropical Fruit Trees for your picking: a Starfruit tree that produces fruit Oct - January and a Mango tree that typically produces from Mid May - Mid June.
• Built-in filet table for the guests who love fishing.
• Love to fish? Right off the dock you might catch Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Catfish, Snook, small sharks and even a sawtooth shark. You will want to bring your rod, we have some available but they are often not well maintained.
• Private dock with tiki hut bar area that includes bar top seating for 4. Perfect for sunrise/ sunset dining or drinks on the water.

Prime Location
• 2.5 miles to downtown Cape Coral brimming with great restaurants, bars and shops.
• 2 miles from the Cape Coral Farmers' Market weekly on Saturdays from 8 AM to 1 PM. It features a variety of vendors offering everything from fresh produce and baked goods to handmade crafts and natural beauty products, live music and food trucks. It is the largest and best farmer's market in the area.
• 4 blocks from Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach. The Yacht Club is currently under construction, date of completion has not been announced.

My wife and I had a wonderstay at this property. We loved the newly redecorated kitchen!! The Location was right in the heart of Cape Coral, and the canal was right behind the property. Quite neighborhood and well kept streets inhanced the experience. We had everything we needed and spent a month relaxing.

Wonderful Stay in Cape Coral

This property fit all of our family's needs. We had 7 people staying and we all had enough room to be comfortable. We spend a lot of time outside. The pool was amazing and we did a lot of fishing in the canal. The kitchen is top notch! It had everything we needed and more. John was a great host and provided everything in this rental needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. So close to amazing restaurants and not far from beaches. We would not hesitate staying here again in the future.

Wonderful experience

This property exceeded our expectation!! The property was beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped everything was brand new. Our grandkids lived in the pool and was great size. Great vacation

Our Cape Coral stay was GREAT. Everything in the home was brand new. The pool was wonderful. It was a very quiet neighborhood but easy access to everything we needed - grocery stores, restaurants and activities. Communication with John, the host, was seamless. He was quick to respond and resolve any issues. We even went to the small beach at the yacht club which was only 5 minutes away. We would definitely rent again.

SPECTACULAR!

From the moment we walked into the house - absolutely stunning! Clean tidy and you won’t want for anything. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds were comfortable and the pool was always warm. Nothing like sitting by the pool with a cold drink overlooking the canal. Wish we had a longer stay but will definitely be back! 10 out of 10. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful House in Cape Coral

The house was lovely. The two rooms w attached bathrooms were perfect for our daughter and us. Our teenage granddaughters were able to use the other bathroom. Pool is large and enclosed. Outdoor dining area was pleasant. Tiki hut on the dock was nice for lunch and cocktails. We saw dolphins one day in the canal. They swam right under the dock where we stood. The owner was available via phone for any concerns. Beach is within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood.

Jan ‘24 Stay

Well appointed and cozy. As described, everything is new following renovations. Kitchen is well stocked and open to common family room. A few items from the renovation need attention: window shade in the kitchen and caulking around windows (why 4 stars on listing accuracy). The charcoal grill is a nice option but a gas grill would enhance convenience. Owner communications were excellent and very cooperative. The property was everything we expected and is recommended.

We live in Ohio but have grown up coming to Cape Coral, Ft Myers and Sanibel visiting family - we love this area and find every excuse (especially winter months) to be here in Florida.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this sweet cottage, loved its potential to be amazing and after the remodeling process our dreams of a beachy bungalow have been realized. It's everything we hoped it would be. We love the neighborhood and have another rental on Lucern one block away so we were happy to find a second home so close. The fishing is amazing here, walking to the tiki boathouse for dinner and drinks and going to the beach by the yacht club to spend a sunny day or catch a sunset - our idea of paradise.

What makes this property unique

The location is great - just a bike ride away from great restaurants, the yacht club beach and a dock you can tie your boat to. Its a quiet neighborhood but easy to get to nightlife and shopping. We have an amazing starfruit tree in the back yard that produces an overabundance of delicious star fruit. We plan to plant more fruit trees in the near future - mangoes and avacados are on the list!
