Walk to Hillsborough River, Garden Center, and all the Florida Ave hotspots. 5 min to Zoo Tampa, 10 min drive to Amalie Arena, Busch Gardens, Ybor City, Raymond James-Buccaneers Stadium, Florida State Fairgrounds and Amphitheater, Riverwalk and Tampa Airport. A short 35-minute drive to St. Pete, Clearwater and the nation's best beaches.
No formal kitchen, but there is a fridge, microwave and toaster. We also provide plates, cups and utensils.
This is a standalone carriage house in our backyard. It is above our garage that we only use for storage. We live in the front house and give guests as much privacy as they desire.
