The home features our spacious & grand living & formal dining.

Our 2 BD/1BA, 1000sqft spacious home offers Full Kitchen (complimentary coffee/tea), Laundry & Central AC/Heat.

Enjoy our stylish & centrally located place!

This is the upstairs unit with 15 steps of stairs.

Enjoy your family dinners in our thoughtful and spacious dining room featuring our grand marble table.

Full Kitchen:
The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea station, and the basics to cook a nice meal. Enjoy your meals in the breakfast nook.

Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, wardrobes, and desk spaces to work.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has all of your essentials - towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hairdryer, cotton swabs, q-tips.

Equipped with washer/dryer and all the basics.

The laundry area although ***shared space*** but it will be available exclusively on Odd numbered days to you. Making your stay extremely private.

Private Backyard:
The outdoor space is a wonderful place to unwind. Soak the sun on the Day-beds and patio chairs.
Enjoy a lovely dinner under the string lights and end the night with a glass of wine(or two) around the fire-pit under the string lights.

Parking:
One fenced in Driveway parking spot is available to be reserved at $25/day or $50/stay.

Free Street parking is very pretty easy to come by!
No Permit required.

Street Parking on the entire street, except right next to the store, is free. Please be aware of street cleaning days (2nd & 4th Mondays and Tuesdays: 12.30 - 3.30pm).

Additional fees of $50/hr from the standard time.

Please ask us for an early check-in, we will try our best to accommodate you.

Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Check-out time is 11.00am. 2. Please place any used towels in the basket located in the master bedroom next to the mirror.
3. No need to take out the trash. Please collect all the trash & recyclables in the containers located in the kitchen. We'll take it from there :) 4. Please turn off any devices/lights/thermostat
5. We’d really appreciate it if you can let us know that you’ve checked out - thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed. Late checkout, parties/gatherings, unregistered guests, smoking indoors, non compliance with house rules will result in $300+ fine
Only the registered guests on the -------- booking are allowed on the property. Applicable for both overnight stay as well as non-overnight stays.
- Backyard/Firepit/String Lights use till 10.00pm only. - Please avoid music/loud conversations/banging doors during quiet hours of 10.00pm - 7.00am

Temescal retreat

Beautifully decorated, light-filled second floor apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had good cookware, the beds were comfortable, the living room had an amazing cherry tree right outside the picture window! We really liked this house. The back yard was a nice place to sit in the afternoon sun.
