About this property

High Quality Home, In-town Location and Great Views of Mt. Equinox

Our home was built in 2010 and recently expanded in 2020. It features top quality construction from one of Manchester's finest builders. Sitting just above town affords great views of Equinox and down valley and matches convenience with great location. Its a short walk to all the great things Manchester has to offer - shops, restaurants, etc.
The house is technically a 4 bedroom home and each bedroom has its own full bathroom ( with radiant floor heating). There are 3 upstairs bedroom suites ( with attached bathroom) and all are very large. The first master has a queen bed, attached bath with whirlpool tub- incredible views west of Equinox- very inspiring. The second master, also with incredible views of Equinox, has a queen bed and a large attached bath. The third upstairs bedroom, with attached bath, has 2 extra long singles which can be put together to make a king. The first floor has a large family room, living room and den with a full bath. On the ground floor there is a rec. room which serves as the 4th bedroom or suite with a queen pullout sofa- and an attached bath. There are 4 TV's throughout the house with cable ( streaming) and Wi-Fi. There is a EV receptacle in the garage- NEMA 14-50 ( 220V, 40A).
The house has an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living and dining areas. The floors are solid pine that provide a warm and cozy atmosphere. There is a large deck with views, heated garage and utility area for drying off from a day on the slopes.

We had a great stay here over 2026 MLK weekend. Seamless and timely communication throughout with Tom, easy check-in/check-out and the home itself was perfect. Great long weekend with family

Beautiful house, very clean, great view, and good location close to the Manchester downtown. It is a great place to use as a base to explore the area...and very comfortable house to relax in at end of day.

Great family getaway

We had a great stay at this beautiful home with amazing views of Mt. Equinox while also walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Kitchen was well stocked. This would be a great location for extended family or a group of friends - each bedroom had it's own bathroom, all clearly recently renovated - so lots of privacy but also lots of spaces to gather together. Hope to return someday soon!

Beautiful property, well decorated and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom was en suite, several large gathering spaces, lovingly maintained. We had three adult couples staying there, and served 12 people in sit down meals easily using 2 tables and a marble counter space. Perfect!

Plenty of room for a friend group of 8 and very well appointed! Easy to get to town but feels secluded. There were a couple of issues with the cleanliness but I bet that can easily be addressed with the cleaning service. Otherwise 5 stars!

We are new homeowners in Manchester Center and so far have enjoyed every minute of our time here. We have been coming to the area for over 30 years and decided to take the plunge in 2014. As avid skiers we knew we would really enjoy the area in the winter but we were surprised to find how much we enjoyed it in the other 3 seasons- hiking the Equinox Preserve, biking to Dorset or Arlington, golfing, fishing, swimming, shopping- the list goes on and on. We love our home and hope you will too!
