A second patio has a table and chairs for dining as well as several cozy lounging spots. Beach and sports equipment are provided. Bikes can be provided upon request. Across the street is a wooded area and park with pickle ball/tennis courts, a playground, and softball fields. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with enough parking for 3-4 cars and a large fenced yard.

Venice Beach is 2 miles from the house - a quick drive with free parking or an enjoyable bike ride. Ride your bike from the house to two paved bike/walking trails. The Venetian Bike Trail is a lovely ride along the intercostal waterway that ends at Shamrock Park. Or take the Legacy Bike Trail to Oscar Scherer State Park or as far as Sarasota! Downtown restaurants and shops are 1 mile from the house and accessible by bike trail.
