THE SPACE In 1900 the town baker built this Victorian home near his downtown bakery, and now we invite you to enjoy your vacation at A Baker’s Victorian, within a half block from all that historical downtown Glenwood has to offer too.
Fully renovated from top to bottom, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with marble and in-floor heating, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The main level showcases high ceilings and oversized windows that flood the living room and dining room with an abundance of natural light, creating a welcoming and bright atmosphere.
The newly remodeled, well-equipped kitchen, features brand new stainless steel appliances and opens up to a small deck with that can be used in the warmer months for grilling. Gather around the large dining table that seats 8, perfect for family game nights and meals together. End your day with a relaxing soak at the hot springs pools or indulge in a visit to an ice cream shop, all within walking distance.
Four comfortable bedrooms and two shared bathrooms are located on the upper level. The primary bedroom features a king bed, two bedrooms offer queen beds and the fourth is furnished with bunk beds, perfect for kids! There is a full bathroom and a half bathroom, both with heated floors and marble tiles. The half bathroom also serves as the laundry room.
Whether you prefer outdoor adventures or leisurely strolls through our picturesque town, this comfortable home provides easy access to all that town has to offer.

Guest agrees not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property. H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time. I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles. J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose. K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property. L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises. M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval. N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property. O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather. P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems. Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement. R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure. U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.

We love the location and walkability to downtown Glenwood for the shopping and restaurants. The home was very charming, well-kept and had all of the amenities we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall a wonderful stay. Clean home, walking distance to many of the better restaurants in town. Well stocked kitchen and nice new washer and dryer upstairs. Never lacking hot water and fast strong WiFi. The bedrooms are smaller but fit our needs well. Only suggestion might to be to offer more blankets in living room.

Perfect location and really set up well in terms of mixed families staying in the house. Bedrooms were large and mattresses were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms. Walking distance to the pool, adventure park, doc holiday’s grave and pretty much everything else.

All was great with this rental! The communications were timely and helpful. The house is in a great location being 1/2 a block from downtown. We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties in Glenwood Springs and the parking for 2-3 vehicles was the best - so convenient. The house was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place for 3 to 8 people.

We spent a girl's weekend with 5 friends in Glenwood and this house was absolutely perfect for us! The location is amazing, walking distance to everything and right in town. The house had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

This remodeled victorian home just moments from the shops and restaurants of historic downtown Glenwood Springs was the perfect vacation home for our family. The home was adorable, comfortable and felt peaceful even though it's literally a block from the busy part of town. This house was great and worked perfectly for our needs. My nephew was getting married at the Colorado Hotel and this was perfect walking distance to the venue. You could not ask for a better location as the house is just off the main strip! Walking distance to the hot springs and plenty of restaurant options!
