Newly purchased and renovated. All new furniture, beds, linens and towels. Outside deck is large overlooking the ocean. The bedroom has 2 queen beds. Next door to Chase’s on the Beach. Across the street from So Napa Grill. Located on 5th floor. Spectacular view of the ocean from the deck. Swimming pool overlooks ocean.

Great stay!

Older building, but perfect for our family of 4! The kids slept on the couch so they could watch tv, and the building was the perfect spot on the beach and balcony with a sunrise view! Had we not been expecting 4 more to join us we woupdve spent a whole week-easy!

Lovely Condo

This is a great little condo with very nice views of the ocean. It's right next to a restaurant with delicious food. NEEDS are very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Trillium in NSB

This is a cozy, bright 5th floor condo with a wonderful view from the living room and bedroom. Bonny, our host, was most attentive offering help within minutes to our queries. Easy access to the pool and beach.

Amazing!

We always stay in NSB bit this was our first time staying at Ocean Trillium! Condo was perfect, just as described. Owner was great to deal with. We had zero issues so zero complaints! Perfect location! Great restaurants within walking distance. Also right where no drive zone starts so you can choose whichever you want for the day. Activity to watch or less activity.

Excellent New Smyrna Ocean View Stay

My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . The host is a fantastic and was very prompt in responding to us with any questions we had. She also texted us when the unit was ready and we were able to check in early.The condo was very clean and the view s from the balcony and living room were beautiful and serene. We loved listening to the peaceful sound of the waves at night. The unit was very quiet which made our stay relaxing. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach only steps from the building . The pool area was not all crowded so finding chairs was not a problem at all. Our host also had a cooler in the unit so we were able to pack some snacks and drinks to bring us. The unit itself is tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable along with the furniture in the living area. The unit is located in a great location. Close to restaurants pharmacies and grocery stores and just a couple miles from Flagler Ave which has lots of specialty shops and casual pubs. I highly recommend this unit for an and can’t wait to return for future stays.🏝️
