Oceanfront Condo - Panoramic View - WIFI - Heated Pool Winter Months

The oceanfront condo is on the 8th floor of a 8-story building and has a panoramic view with WIFI. Image yourself watching the space shuttle launch from the balcony. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 baths that fits a maximum of 6 people. Also, it’s like coming into your own home with linens and towels and more. You just need your tooth brush, sunscreen and swimsuit. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven with stove, dishwasher, microwave and is fully equipped to whip up a meal or make a frozen cocktail. Even on vacation, it is nice to have a washer and dryer in the complex. The condo is tastefully decorated and you feel like you are at the beach.

The grounds have just been recently renovated and there is a restaurant next door to enjoy your meal at the beach. The property has a pool and has plenty of chairs and, umbrellas at the ocean's edge.

There is plenty things to do other than resting on our white sandy beaches. You can go inshore or offshore fishing, parasail at the Inlet or take surfing lessons (just to name a few). Can’t forget Mickey!!! Disney is less than 1 hour away along with Epcot, Universal Studios & the Kennedy Space Center. To all the racing fans, Daytona International Speedway is just 15 minutes away. Did I mention that we have the best causal seafood restaurants in town? Nothing is like getting a fried fresh fish sandwich with homemade onion rings while enjoying the river breezes. Also, if you need a babysitter, we can provide that too.

Great vacation!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect! We can walk to Flaglar Ave to all the shops and restaurants. We did have a small issue with the 2nd toilet not working, but Melynda was fantastic in getting our issue resolved! We would stay here again! Thank you!!

The cleaning people were there when we arrived at 5pm. We just left and got groceries and came back at 6 pm . Beautiful view and ocean front balcony . We had dinner at The Breakers a few doors down, food, drinks and service were great!!

The view and breeze from the 8th floor corner unit was wonderful. The unit itself was dated, but clean (except for the beach chairs in the closet - we pulled them out to use them, but they were broken and full of sand, likely not something housekeeping checks). The beds were very firm. The AC unit kept the place cool and there was always hot water. Nice pool and short boardwalk to the beach.

The location on the 8th floor corner unit is great. This is the second year my brother and I were able to view a launch from the balcony. The moon was right in front of us and although waning, it was red as it rose and quite a beautiful sight. This is our choice when going to New Smyrna Beach. Thank you.

The views from the 8th floor were incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean, sky, pelicans, and people on the beach. The property was close to shopping and restaurants. We walked to Flagler Ave. a few times for meals. Access to the beach was right by the property. The beach was easy to walk on. I enjoyed the swimming pool several times. Our only complaints would be that the king sized bed wasn't comfortable for my husband and that I found the condo lighting to be sub-par for reading.

Property needs attention

Mold on bottom of drapes, outlets need covers in some areas, 2 miniature bars of soap and only 2 rolls of toilet paper insufficient. The unit didn’t feel clean. Feet got dirty walking on floor. Artificial fragrance in bedroom was annoying. Mattress was hard. The unit didn’t feel cared for.

Great family time

The property was very clean and nice. Shelly went above and beyond on assisting us with a few special needs after our check in. The condo was clean, but the living room furniture was a little hard to sit on. The foam in the cushions have worn and slats of wood have been used to give stability to the couch and chair. The girls worked a couple of the puzzles and when put them back in the boxes with a note for future guests that a couple peices were missing( Not a huge deal, they just wanted others to know! ;) ) Overall, would certainly book and recommend this condo again!!

Excellent location but needs some TLC

You cannot beat the location of this property. You are within walking distance of tons of restaurants and a boardwalk away from the beach. That said the condo is showing some ware and could use a little TLC. The mattresses are not in the greatest of shape so don’t expect the best sleep of your life. Luckily the room darkening shades help keep it cool and dark for sleeping. Melynda is a great property owner and helpful when issues arise. My daughter left an item behind and she quickly had her cleaning crew locate it and mail it back immediately. I really appreciate her attentiveness to our issue.

Good, but needs improvement

The property was the best part. It was on the beach, eight stories high. It was well supplied, with a good management staff (who were not with VRBO). The main problem with the property was comfort. The bad matrasses on all of the beds were some of the worst (rock hard) we have ever encountered. It was impossible to have a restful sleep. In addition, the large screen in the living room was not connected to any source of content. Thankfully the TV in the master bedroom worked fine.So, this property scored 3 out of 5 from us. A beautiful venue with unacceptable comfort elements.

Gorgeous location on the 8th floor overlooking the beach!

We loved the building amenities and the location! We saw flocks of pelicans soaring by at the level of our balcony. The property manager was very receptive to all of our requests for various items either missing or needing replacement. It needs a bit of sprucing up but there’s nothing out there that comes close to the cost and location!

The unit is in a great neighborhood, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of Flagler Street and its many restaurants. The unit is spacious with more than enough room for my family of four adults. The check-in process was very easy and the unit owner was very responsive to our questions.

Family Reunion

This is the perfect condo in the perfect location! Loved the views from the balcony and south facing windows. Very comfortable king bed. I was there for a family reunion: we had 6 condos in Oceania Beach Club: 25 people, seven of them were children under the age of 7…perfect place for all! And walking down Flagler Ave, which is right there, is the best! This is not our first stay at Oceania as it’s just the perfect spot! I would like to suggest some detailed instructions on how to use the tv’s as I never got past one channel in the living room. Also, there is a horrible odor from kitchen sink drains, but that’s an easy fix. All in all, it was a lovely accommodation and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!
