The villa is located in Veranda Palms in the center of Kissimmee. It is less than 15 minutes' drive from Disney and Universal Studios, and can accommodate 26 people. There are Walmart, Sam's, pharmacies, restaurants, old town and many other attractions at the entrance of the community. It is the best choice for family and friends gathering.

Team Houses

We stayed in two house the Happy Villas and the Marvel house and they were amazing. We had two teams of 8 year olds and their parents and the houses fit everyone perfect. The communication was great and a couple issues came up but we’re fixed immediately. We will definitely go through them again.

Senior Class Trip

Happy Villa is a wonderful place to stay with a large group. However don't expect a fully stocked kitchen. Example, there was a coffee maker but no filters. You have to bring everything you are going to use. They did have a couple of salt and pepper shakers. The place was very clean and beautifully appointed. The decorations in the rooms are great for kids. Another issue is the difference between the written description of the bedrooms and the pictures provided. I don't believe either was correct. Our major problem was that we were traveling with a small trailer for luggage. When we arrived we were told at the gate that we could not park the trailer at the house and were not given any solution. We tried parking in a nearby Walmart parking lot and got our van and trailer towed. It cost us 250 to get it back. The next day we communicated with the property manager and they let us park it at their office. The truly bright spot in our week stay at Happy Villa was the property manager, Jack. Always prompt in communication and extremely helpful. Despite the problems we encountered, I would definitely bring another group back to Happy Villa.

Orlando is a beautiful, park-like city. Our villa is located in a lovely, quiet community near Shingle Creek Regional Park. The community is within a 10-minute drive from Walmart and Sam's Club, and about a 15-minute drive from Disney World. It offers convenient access to shopping and theme park visits, with fresh air, elegant surroundings, and excellent security.

Our villa is fully equipped with various facilities, including indoor recreational amenities, a swimming pool, and central air conditioning. The villa is surrounded by elegant surroundings and convenient shopping. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the community is well-managed with 24-hour security service. The property manager's office is located nearby, ensuring that any issues can be addressed promptly.
Each room in the villa is meticulously decorated, with artists commissioned to design and paint various cartoon murals, allowing guests to fully enjoy their vacation experience.
