A Cozy Place

I had a lovely stay at the Fox's Den. It was clean as a pin, organized efficiently (very important due to its small size), and decorated so quaintly! The outdoor space is amazing...I wish this weekend had been cooler so I could have enjoyed it more.

Great location and host

Very cozy space. Was warm and well lit up on our late arrival. Host even had the dual controlled heated blanket turned on for us. Only bathroom is in guest room and it's tiny and kitchen is small, but otherwise we had enough room. Fenced back yard for our two puppies was spacious and convenient. Host was always available and was very accommodating for our 12:00 departure..

Charming cottage

Adorable cottage in a wonderful location. Very cozy. It was a bit more challenging than we expected to have only one small bathroom and have it located in one of the bedrooms.

Well appointed, everything you need

We had a good stay. All was as expected. I've seen other reviews mention cleanliness, but we found the space perfectly clean. Well appointed. Has everything for the weary traveler.

Franklin

Just OK. Kitchen tiny but had everything needed for simple meals. Bathroom very small and you needed to go through the second bedroom to access. Beautiful antique bed in smaller room but the slats holding the mattress up kept falling out at night causing sore backs in the morning. There is also a large stain on the living room rug that smells faintly of pet pee. Enjoyed staying in Franklin. Central to the places we wanted to visit.

Charming decor and aesthetic touches!

This cottage is quaint and inviting. The Decor and real china make it feel like you are in the English countryside. The adjacent horse farm park is delightful and relaxing. The beds are comfortable and television channels are plentiful. We were a bit concerned about the cleanliness, and contacted the owner. She had used a new cleaning service and apologized that they didn’t do as good of a job. No major issues. Location to Franklin sites is stellar and we enjoyed our stay.

Short stay for the weekend

This was the perfect place for us to stay while here for a volleyball tournament. We walked to the restaurants for dinners & ice cream but still a quiet location. Perfect!
