on a whole it was a 70% out of 100

the back yard was very untidy. not a nice view. I was a little disappointed in that it was a duplex. that might be my fault because i might have over looked it in the description. the price was right. one important note,,,, my friends told me that the shower in the tub was very slippery and might pose a future danger.

Great house & location!

Came for a concert and found a place where we'll stay over and over again. There were 3 of us (married couple plus daughter), so the 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms were perfect. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. There is a covered patio out back and the yard is completely fenced in with privacy fencing. Our tiny Morkie, Critter, had a blast in the yard. There is a large tree with squirrels, his mortal enemies! Great property! We will rent it again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location and close to downtown. The pictures are accurate. The host was able to assist me with a last minute change of dates. We will go back.

Jon is a real estate broker and property manager and also a Firefighter for City of Franklin, Melissa is a dental assistant part time and helps Jon with some management duties. They have 2 daughters Kali and Kinzley. Jon's mother Carol is also his business partner in K Team Property Management LLC. We are a family owned property management company that has lived in Williamson Co for over 30 years.

Why they chose this property

We hope you love this property as much as we do. It is in am amazing location for easy access to shopping, entertainment, and lots of food. The home has been fully remodeled just last fall and new to the rental market. We offer normal 2 day minimum stay to extended rental stays.

What makes this property unique

Super easy access to so much in Franklin. The duplex is located not far from the interstate 65, 1 mile from downtown Franklin, you can easily reach Cool Springs as well in a matter of minutes. There is so much to do and see in Franklin and surrounding areas. We are also close to Nashville.
