Great location near the LSU campus.

The condo was very clean and the hostess answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this property to anyone who will be attending any function at LSU.

Great location close to LSU stadiums and campus. We were attending a baseball game so primarily why we chose this. It is an older condo and photos are just like property but be prepared to climb a long flight of stairs to main living area. Also the sulphur water smell from the taps is off-putting. Management is very nice and responsive to needs or issues.

Graduation Stay

They property was great only thing missing was iron and ironing board and no coffee pot. The water had a terrible smell when ran from any pipe. Other than that the stay was comfortable and perfect

Thank you for the review. I am glad the location was perfect for graduation due to the proximity to campus. You were a great guest and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, the water smell is due to the sulfur in the pipes within this part of Baton Rouge. The water company has deemed it to be safe and consumable.
