Perfect Bachelorette Party Location!

The house was great, without enough room for all of us and enough space so we weren’t running into each other all day if we needed a break. Everyone loved the pool and game room!

Beautiful home!

An overall great home for all guests. Check in was easy with all the thorough instructions. We were able to utilize the pool and jacuzzi to relax during our downtime. Only downside was there wasn't enough towels for everyone but the host was able to accommodate the next morning. Would definitely recommend friends and family to consider this place!

Overall we had a great weekend. As I read in other reviews before I booked, there was a problem with pervious guest and the pool heat. It wasn't heated upon arrival for them, I asked host if this issue has been resolved, he said yes, and we had the same issue. We were refunded the first day heating fee. The jacuzzi jets weren't working until next day when a service person had to come out. When we tried to reach host in the middle of the night due to smoke detector waking the whole house up, we were only getting AI responses, very frustrating. We were refunded first night fee. The house was clean, big, fun and us 5 couples had a great weekend.

Hi Kristian- As we confirmed, it was user error in the pool controls. Sorry about the smoke detector malfunctioning we arrived first thing in the AM to swap out. Happy you enjoyed the house.

Beautiful oasis in Palm dessert.

The home was clean and beautiful. The pool and spa were a good size. The house was decorated with modern touches and attention to detail. The kitchen was very well suited for cooking. The game room had everything you could imagine. The management company responded to every question promptly. I would however recommend a king bed in the back room that looks onto the street. Couple as usually like to sleep in king beds and that bedroom was big enough. I feel like that was the only downfall with the property. The master bathroom floor could have been cleaned a little better. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would rent again.

"Framly" trip

House fit our group of 17 which was great. All the games kept everyone entertained all day and night, especially the shuffleboard. Inside of the house was clean and maintained. Extremely hot days while we were there so I understand the AC was working hard, but some bedrooms got cool while others never cooled down and made for uncomfortable to sleep. Outside was a little different story. Pool was a little dirty and thought it would clean it self up overnight but it didn't. We gave the property management a call and they sent someone out a short time later for a quick clean up. The electrical connection to the BBQ pit was missing the connector so there was no power to it but we managed to get it started. Landscaping in backyard could have been maintained a little more because pictures showed how it must have been when the house was first built. Never could get the pool fountains to work and never found the pool umbrellas that go in the pool. Overall, we still enjoyed the house and didn't let the small issues get to us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that the house was a good fit for your group and that the games provided entertainment. However, we apologize for the issues you encountered, particularly with the pool cleanliness and some bedrooms not cooling down properly. Your input is valuable, and we'll work on addressing these concerns to ensure a better experience for future guests. We appreciate your understanding, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

Amazing House!

Beautiful property, comfortable furniture and beds. The pool table, and other “toys” were fun, wonderful pool and spa and plenty of towels. I would recommend they provide tissues in the bathrooms and dish towels to dry dishes, but otherwise everything else is provided. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived-pool not heating, etc-but the management company was very quick to respond to this. I would definitely stay here again.

Blue Agave

The house overall was nice but the ad said we would have use of the 3 car garage, when in fact, we did not. It was under construction and the ad was not updated. Also, the jacuzzi heated but the jets would not stay on, so we could not use it and the refrigerator froze our good. We feel we overpaid for what we got!

Response from VrboOwner on 18 Dec 2022
We appreciate the review and feedback! We do apologize for the inconvenience of the garage and are happy to report it is no longer under construction. The spa does not run at all the times once turned on and the jets turn off along with the spa after a certain amount of time. It is also possible to adjust the temperature of the refrigerator to avoid possibly freezing of items. This is a great newly updated home and we look forward to hosting you again!

Great Girls Weekend Spot

Blue Agave was such a great location and house for a girls weekend! The house was clean and had enough room for all 10 of us! The beds were comfy and they had the house stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely be telling others about this great house! Close to a lot of things in La Quinta and Indio!
