Ideal for a short term living. Updated Victorian era townhouse; high ceilings, large rooms, modern kitchen, bathroom with laundry, wood burning fireplace and Parking. Wifi, smart TV, short walk to the waterfront and all amenities in town. The space Clean updated and comfortable home. This ismy personal residence. while I am traveling. I do have reliable people maintain the home during this time. Guest access All of upstairs, kitchen, living room, front porch and driveway for parking. Please note: the locked, back room is not finished and currently being used for storage. There is also a camera that is facing the back yard only. Other things to note No coffee maker. Instant coffee and sugar available; however, for coffee, I usually just walk a block to the Tim Hortons. There are also some cool boutique bakeries that are great for coffee and breakfast.
