☆☆NO PARTY POLICY☆☆
For the safety of our guests and to prevent unauthorized gatherings, please note that our property is not intended for parties. To ensure security, 24/7 video and audio recording cameras are installed in the front yard, backyard, and side gate. These recordings will only be accessed if property damage or noise complaints occur. Any noise complaints resulting in a $500 fine from the city will be passed on to responsible guests. We kindly request that all guests respect our policy and avoid disruptive activities that disturb the neighborhood's peace.
Other things to note
To ensure a delightful stay for all our guests, please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. **No Smoking:** Our home is a smoke-free zone. Minimum $500 fine may be assessed if smoking is observed.

2. **Respect Quiet Hours:** Please be mindful of neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM.

3. **No Parties or Events:** To maintain a serene atmosphere, we kindly request no parties or events on the property.

4. **Pets Policy:** Unfortunately pets are not allowed at the home at this time unless they're service animals.

5. **Pool Safety:** If applicable, adhere to pool safety guidelines. No lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk.

6. **Check-out Procedures:** Kindly follow the check-out instructions provided. Ensure all doors and windows are locked before departure.

7. **Guest Limit:** The number of guests should not exceed the booked amount. If additional guests join, please notify us in advance. Additional guests beyond the maximum of 6 are charged $20 per person per night.

8. **Keep it Tidy:** Help us maintain a clean space by cleaning up after yourself. Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher before departure.

9. **Respect for Property:** Treat our home with the same care you would your own. Report any accidental damage promptly.

10. **Communication:** If you have any concerns or issues during your stay, please reach out to us. We're here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

11. **Pool Cleaning** This occurs once a week on Monday and only takes about 10 to 15 minutes. They go in and out through the back gate and never enter the home itself. If you would like to forego this service during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly reschedule for you.
