Great view on quiet block

We had a wonderful week at this location. The view of the beach was amazing and the street was very quiet and family friendly. Condo was just as described with enough room for 6 of us.

Location was awesome and the oceanfront view can’t be beat. Was plenty large enough for four adults and two teenagers. All beds were very comfortable. This unit is dated and probably what you would expect from a beach rental. One big problem was that the unit was not cleaned very good at all- it was dirty and dusty with cobwebs. Blinds in master bedroom are broken and need replacing. Closet and balcony has an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards- however most are broken or not usable. Overall, however, a decent condo.

Disappointing. Nice location and layout but kind of grungy. Poorly lit hallway. Filthy front door. Ceiling falling and peeling paint. Moldy registers. Dirty dishes in cupboards. Comforter/bedspreads not washed in between guests. We felt cheated.

Best Views

Beautiful Condo on the 4th floor overlooking the ocean... Best views of the sunrise from living room and master bedroom! Condo is on a quiet street located a few short blocks from BJ's where you can see beautiful sunsets. Limited storage for all our beach equipment (we ended up putting the cart in one of the other bedrooms). Spacious living room and master bedroom with a walk-in closet.
