It's a very quiet property location. Excellent spot to get away from teenage trick-or-treating.I never met the host face-to-face, and didn't need to. Instructions were perfect and simple to follow.There were plenty of to-go cups, paper plates and Keurig pods (just not my thing, but there's plenty of drip coffee if you want). There's a fridge in the room as well.I will easily stay here again!

Our room was exactly as seen in the images, description was spot on. Ann communicated throughly with me. Bed was super comfortable and water pressure and hot water was perfect! Great stay!!

Definitely enjoyed the stay, great location with a cute little pond out back, it was nice to have coffee and watch the ducks. Very quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to planning a return visit soon.

Anniversary Weekend Getaway

The host was excellent and the weekend was extra special as we enjoyed the peace and quiet very close to the water. We fished a little and enjoyed downtown New Bern. Great place to visit, we will be going back soon.

Did not use pool, were surprised that bed was not a queen size and TV stations were limited.

The bed is a queen size bed that we purchased through Amazon. I am not sure why you would have thought otherwise. Pool could have been used; and the information notes the tv stations are over the air as well as the ability to use apps which include Netflix and Amazon. Had you communicated with me about your comments, I would have helped you to access anything you thought you may have been missing. I also opened the room early so that you could place your luggage in before normal check in time.

Host is lovely and property fit our needs

We needed a place to stay over for 1 night to break up a long drive. Ann, the host was very kind and communicative. It was very affordable and clean. Not luxurious, but we were not looking for that. It had everything we needed.

Great name for a cute place. It was clean and comfortable. My husband loved the rocker. Better and roomier than a night in a hotel. Owner was easy to contact and kept us informed throughout the process. Would certainly recommend.
